After graduating from a Catholic high school and going to college in Mississippi, I found myself straining away from God and feeling my faith weaken. I decided to leave school and move back home and I began spending a lot more time in the woods. On a humid April morning in St. Cloud, Florida, me and my buddy were turkey hunting and decided to split up. I was leaning against a pine tree behind some scrub Palmettos in a field we'd seen gobblers prior. I called and waited for one to walk up, but he never did, and I didn’t care. My attention was set on the nature around me, specifically two woodpeckers and their intelligence and mechanics, I watched them fighting with each other and pecking at a large pine for at least an hour. Over that time, I realized how impressive his creation truly is and that God was with me in the woods and I needed to work on my relationship with him, so I began too. I wanted to find a way to get more kids in my age range, and people in general, to display their faith proudly in today’s world. I figured there was no better way than a stylish clothing brand that represents the hobbies me, my buddies, and so many people in America love to do while also representing the Lord... and so “God’s Grocery” was created.
